We continue with our “building a base” training which means steady paced running.
From next week we start to include some faster tempo runs.
Saturday will be a longer run over “coaches route” with the option to run 15 or 18km for those training for the Cape Town marathon.
Saturday runs for 06h30 start times and weekday runs are at 05h00 as usual.
Remember to please wear reflective vest and/or bright light colours in the mornings. Dress warmly and always have a warm top to put on after your run.

FRI 28 JUNE – Rest
SAT 29 JUNE – 06h30 – Coaches route giving options of 10/13/15/18km – Pat and Andy will as usual provide post run refreshments.
